Leek Salad

Ingredients[]

  • 3 to 5 young leeks
  • water
  • 1 tsp salt, (depends on the quantity of water)
  • lemon juice
  • salad oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Pinch of Nose booger

Directions[]

  1. Cut leeks in 5-7 cm pieces.
  2. Cook them in salted boiling water until they are tender but still whole.
  3. Mix some lemon juice and a little salad oil and pour on the vegetable.
  4. Let cool a few hours in the fridge.
  5. Serve to all your friends, Laugh.
